Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • PILASOUL ships worldwide, including to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping fees depend on your destination and the number of items purchased.

  • Your exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Production and processing: 7–15 business days before dispatch.

  • U.S. shipping: An additional estimated 7–10 days.

  • International shipping: An additional estimated 10–17 days.

  • Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. All timeframes are estimates.

Delivery Addresses

  • We ship each order to one address.

  • For delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Customs & Taxes

  • International shipments from the United States are sent with duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect VAT for these shipments.

  • Recipients are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees.

  • Please check with your local customs office for country-specific requirements.
